For this first edition, we cordially invite you to De Hoorn in Leuven.

De Hoorn is located on the up-and-coming and vibrant Vaartkom, in Leuven. It is located on the E314/E40 motorway, making it very easy to reach and a nice 10-minute walk from the city centre. A 15-minute walk gets you to the train station with connections to all major cities.

You can park for free at Vaartkom car park, which is 3 minutes' walk from De Hoorn.

This event is completely free of charge.

As places are limited, registration via the registration form is mandatory. Should you unexpectedly be unable to attend, we ask you to deregister free of charge before 14 November by sending an e-mail to marketing.consult@acerta.be.

If you cannot attend and did not inform us in time, a cancellation fee of 150 euros will be charged.

We will conclude the event in the afternoon with a delicious 3-course lunch.
