Avoid sanctions with our easy registration tools
How to apply the mandatory telework registration requirement in your company?
In the context of the current measures against the coronavirus, it was decided that people should work remotely where possible. This also includes registration and follow-up.
The inspection services have been instructed to check compliance with this rule. Be aware of this and make sure your organisation is compliant.
What should you especially take into account?
- Social inspection will check whether your company complies with the rules.
- Legally required registration by the employer in the context of teleworking.
- Mandatory registration on the NSSO portal site:
- of the number of people working in the organisation.
- of the number of people who cannot possibly work from home.
- Respect the maximum number of times staff can come to the office.
